Know in advance:

  • Please use the email of the person using the pass as this information is needed for the reservation
  • Present your ticket on a mobile device (or print them) for entry to the included attractions: Empire State Building Observatory and American Museum of Natural History, plus 3 of the following attractions: Top of The Rock® Observation Deck, Ferry Access to Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, Circle Line Sightseeing Cruises, Intrepid Museum, or Guggenheim Museum
  • Your CityPASS tickets are valid for 9 consecutive days, including the first day of use
  • The first day of use for your tickets must occur within 365 days of the date of purchase
  • Please note that the 9/11 Memorial and Museum is experiencing high visitation and may be sold out
  • You can visit the attractions in any order you like
  • Adults should have ID available, as attractions may ask for it
  • Some attractions require that visitors pass through security checkpoints
  • If members of your travel party would like to split up and visit different attractions, just make sure each person has a ticket with their name on it
  • Cancellations/refunds may be requested on unused products. Requests may take up to 30 days to process
  • Infants aged 0 to 5 go free of charge
