One of the largest and best-preserved in the area, this traditional winery still showcases its original chestnut-wood barrels and a grape-pressing machine dating back to 1790 — a true rarity. Here, you'll also gain insight into the family's history by reading stories from their ancestors' diaries.
Finally, you'll embark on a tasting journey across the contemporary Etna culinary landscape. Sample wines from 4 different wineries around the volcano, each expertly paired with fine-dining tapas crafted by an in-house chef.
