Driving through lovely old roads you arrive in Porto Moniz on the extreme north of the island, where you'll stop for lunch or a quick dive in the stunning natural lava pools. After a well-enjoyed break, continue your journey on the North coast and visit the charming villages of Seixal, Ribeira da Janela, São Vicente and Serra de Agua before getting back to Funchal.
